Carol Zimmer Clark is the publisher and general manager of Prizm. A Columbus native, she has worked for nearly three decades in community weekly publications, daily
newspapers, niche and business publications with an additional heaving emphasis in digital advertising and events. Most recently, she was the publisher of Dayton Business Journal of the American City Business Journal family of publications.
Associate Publisher / Advertising Director
Joe Matessa is the associate publisher & advertising director for Prizm. Joe has over 25 years of leadership experience in media, sales and marketing with companies including Washington Post Media, the Dispatch Media Group, and Alliance Data. Joe is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, and received his BA in Communication from Bowling Green State University. Through his participation in the United Way of Central Ohio’s Pride Leadership program,Joe and his 14 fellow participants founded Family Pride Network in the fall of 2014.
Staley Munroe is the creative director of Prizm. A Columbus native, Staley‘s career spans from NY to LA, working as a photographer, art director, and coordinator within the creative/fashion industries. Limited Brands, Hollywood film sets, New York Fashion Week, and several magazines have trusted her instincts for impactful visualization. As a proud, resilient transgender woman, Staley vigorously fights for equality and is a frequent speaker with the intent to increase awareness and understanding of transgender life.
Ken Schneck is the editor of Prizm, an author, professor, and radio host. His travelogue, “Seriously, What Am I Doing Here?: The Adventures of a Wondering and Wandering Gay Jew” was published in 2017, “LGBTQ Cleveland” was released in 2018, and “LGBTQ Columbus” hits the shelves in June of 2019. He is a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, Cleveland Magazine and FreshWater Cleveland. For 10 years, he was the producer/host of “This Show is So Gay,” the award-winning radio show/podcast. In his spare time, he is a Professor of Education at Baldwin Wallace University where he teaches courses on antiracism and communities organizing for social change.
Patrick Butler is the graphic designer of Prizm. His portfolio has bridged the creative gambit of Columbus, from the Columbus Museum of Art to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. He is proud to continue his work for community endeavors for Ohio, and helping Prizm reach the most diverse audience possible.
